DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 17:00 UK time. Orders placed on weekends & bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed.

We aim for products to be delivered within 3-4 weeks except covered screens which will take 4-6 weeks.

DELIVERY

Mainland UK Delivery

We offer free mainland UK delivery on all of our trays ordered via our online shop.

Your order will be shipped to you directly. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Kindly note that it is the customer's responsibility to liaise with the courier if you need to arrange a redelivery, request the order be left in a safe place or with a neighbour for example. Should product(s) fail to be delivered, and as a result, are sent back to us, the customer will incur the redelivery shipping costs. We are not able to refund orders where delivery attempts have failed.

International Delivery

At present we do not offer delivery outside of mainland UK via our online shop. However please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to arrange a unique quote for your location.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are not possible however amendments may be made within 48 hours of purchase. Please supply your amendment request here with your order number and the word ‘AMENDMENT‘ in the first line of the message field (for example: Order #0000 AMENDMENT) to inform us that you would like to amend your order. We encourage you to contact us prior to placing an order if you have any questions and to read the product / delivery information on the product pages.

Returns Policy

As all of our products are made to order we are unable to accept returns. However if you are unhappy with your product please contact us to discuss your situation.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Without the correct information and images, we will not be able to investigate the issue. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or damaged product could mean we have to charge for a replacement.
